Is special permission from the Ministry of Justice required for the integration?
It depends on how it is used. For individual access over the standard UYAP Lawyer Portal, no additional permission is required; the user connects with their own UYAP credentials. For enterprise web service integration, however, web service access permission (an application) from the Ministry of Justice is required; JUS. guides organizations through this application process.
Are past cases in UYAP also imported into the system?
Yes. In the initial synchronization, all existing cases and docket history in UYAP are imported into the system. A full portfolio view with historical data is available from day one.
How often are docket notifications updated?
Docket updates are pulled from UYAP automatically at regular intervals. An instant alert is sent for critical updates. The update frequency can be customized according to the package and configuration.
Does the UYAP connection work in an on-premise deployment?
Yes. In an on-premise deployment, while the JUS. server runs on the institution's infrastructure, a secure connection to UYAP continues to be established. The data residency requirements of public institutions are fully met.
