Does my client/customer data go to the AI?
Jusi. works only with data inside the platform. No data is sent to external AI services; all processing happens on JUS. infrastructure.
Is my data used to train the AI model?
No. Customer data is never used in model training. Each operation takes place in an isolated session.
How is AI use assessed under KVKK?
JUS. has conducted a DPIA for its own AI use. The ISO 27701 certification proves that privacy information management has been audited.
Can AI output be used as a legal document?
AI produces a draft, humans approve. No output is sent without user approval. Legal responsibility always rests with the user.
How is infrastructure security ensured?
ISO 27001 certified infrastructure, AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3 communication, a Türkiye data center option. A 99.24% SLA guarantee.

Do I need to buy Jusi. separately?
Using Jusi. is optional. You can enable Jusi. to benefit from the AI features across the platform, or keep using the platform without it.
How accurate are the AI outputs?
Jusi. draws on models backed by domain expertise. However, no AI system is 100% error-free. For this reason all outputs are submitted for user approval and legal responsibility always rests with the user. AI accuracy is continuously improved, and model performance data is shared on request.
Does it also work well on Turkish legal texts?
Yes. Jusi. is specifically optimized for Turkish legal terminology and KVKK legislation. Privacy notices, petitions and VERBİS reports are produced in line with Turkish legal writing standards.
Does using AI create additional obligations under KVKK?
Personal data processing may occur in processes where Jusi. is used. JUS. has conducted a DPIA for this processing, updated its records of processing, and signs data processing agreements with customers. Customers should also record this processing in their own compliance programs.
