Privacy Policy

This policy explains the personal data processed by the Claude connector named JUS. Legal. The connector lets Claude search the JUS. legal database.

1. What data we process

Account and identity. To use the connector, you sign in with your JUS. account. After sign-in, the connector receives:

• Your user identifier and workspace identifier
• Your name and email address
• Your access rights (which datasets you may query)

Your password and two-factor authentication code never reach the connector or Claude. Sign-in happens entirely within the JUS. portal; the connector only receives an access token confirming a successful sign-in.

Usage logs. Every search you run is logged. A log entry includes:

• Date and time
• User and workspace identifier
• The name of the tool called (e.g. legislation search, retrieve decision text)
• Your search parameters — that is, the search term you typed, the law/article number or the document identifier
• Whether the operation succeeded, the number of records returned and the duration

These logs are kept for billing, abuse detection and troubleshooting.

Data we do not process.

• The content of your conversation with Claude does not reach us. The connector only sees the parameters of the tool Claude calls.
• The connector does not access the case, contract, document and client data in your JUS. account. It only queries publicly available legal sources (legislation, court decisions, the Official Gazette).
• The connector does not write, modify or delete any data. All tools are read-only.

Records are deleted when the retention period expires.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or share your search logs with third parties for marketing. Sharing occurs only in the following cases:

• Anthropic — because you use Claude, the prompt you type and the response Claude gives pass through Anthropic's systems. This relationship is between you and Anthropic; Anthropic Privacy Policy.
• Competent authorities — where legally required.
• Our service providers — for hosting and infrastructure, acting as data processors and bound by this policy.

5. Where it is stored

Data is held on servers located in Türkiye. All connection traffic is encrypted with TLS.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn whether it is used for its intended purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met; request that such operations be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and demand redress for any damage you suffer.

If you are located in the European Union, your rights under the GDPR to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection are reserved.

7. Disconnecting

You can disconnect at any time from the connector settings in Claude. When you disconnect, the access token is invalidated and the connector can no longer access your account. Existing usage logs continue to be retained until the periods above expire.

If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and notify you of material changes through your account.
